What to do while you wait
- Turn on your hazard lights and get to a safe spot, away from traffic.
- On I-405, I-90 or SR-520, stay in the car with your seat belt on unless it’s unsafe.
- Keep your phone on and charged so the driver can reach you.
- Tell the dispatcher exactly where you are: an address, cross streets, or the highway, direction and nearest exit.
When it’s time for a tow instead
